Female Genital Surgery
Females might have abnormally enlarged labia minora which project outward in an unsightly fashion which can have severe impairment of body image when exposing themselves to their partners. Male Genital Surgery
Male cosmetic genital surgery primarily comprises of penile lengthening or penis enlargement in patients who feel they have a smaller penis as well as an increase in girth of the penis apart from addressing other deformities of the penis. Please note that you would be subjected to a complete physical and psychological evaluation prior to surgery which is imperative in getting the best results. A couple of measurements of your penis would be taken to have an idea about the deviation from normal along with a set of preoperative photographs both in flaccid and erect state. Aftercare
Social support, particularly from one’s family, is important for readjustment as a member of the opposite gender. If surgical candidates are socially or emotionally unstable before the operation, over the age of 30, or have an unsuitable body build for the new gender, they tend not to fare well after gender reassignment surgery. However, in no case studied did the gender reassignment procedure diminish their ability to work.
